Mr Carlo Stivala
Carlo studied at the University of Verona – Economia e Commercio, and subsequently finished his Marketing studies with the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K. Carlo holds a CSP (Corporate Services Provider) Licence and is the founder, shareholder and director of a Maltese MFSA licenced Fiduciary Trustee firm.
Carlo started his working career working with a family owned manufacturing textile company and then went on to financial services when he set up his first advisory firm JACS INTERNATIONAL LTD. offering general management advisory services. Carlo's clients requested Trustee services so it was decided to set up Trustforte Fiduciary Ltd.
Carlo is a member of The Malta Institute of Management and IFSP (Institute of Financial Services Practitioners) a Director and or Chairman of several local and overseas companies and of the Malta (Government) Petitions Board. His broad experience in International marketing, financial services and accounting led him to create ARGENT ADVISORY LTD. which is a new venture between local and international professional financial services firms.
Mr Roberto Mifsud
Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Tax and Management Consultant
Roberto is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Malta Institute of Accountants, the Malta Institute of Taxation and holder of a B.COM Degree issued by the University of Malta. Roberto has significant experience in handling a wide portfolio of local and international clients operating in various industry sectors. He holds a Chartered Accountant’s warrant issued by the Malta Accountancy Board.
